Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to ensure smooth client handling and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation for ISO Certification services.

Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads,



and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain customer records, update CRM/Excel reports, and coordinate with internal departments for timely service delivery.

Assist in achieving sales targets by ensuring smooth order processing, timely follow-ups, and effective customer support.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid coordination, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet applications.

Valuable organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation.

Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
