Operational Excellence
Ensure accurate reporting,

Distributor & Agency Management
Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
Manage agency performance, claims, audits, payment follow-ups, and compliance requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze market performance, productivity reports, scorecards, dashboards, and campaign effectiveness.
Submit timely MIS reports and present business reviews with actionable insights.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, stewardship guidelines, and operational controls.
Maintain complete documentation and compliance across all business activities.
Stakeholder Management
