Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain products and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.




Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Fresher to 3 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and the local language is an added advantage.

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
