Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have solid culinary knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Manage and supervise a specific kitchen section (Hot Kitchen, Indian, Tandoor, Continental, Chinese, etc.).
Ensure food quality, taste, and portion control are maintained at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per FSSAI/HACCP guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
Train and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily kitchen operations.




Ensure timely preparation and service during operational hours.
Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts.
Experience: 25 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, multiplexes, or hospitality establishments.
Knowledge of Indian and international cuisines will be an added advantage.
