Job Description:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service counters.
Transparent and reset tables after customers leave.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure timely order delivery.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations as required.
