Position: Full-Time AI Video Editor

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar (Work from Office)

About Us

Shilp Inspiring Institute is on a mission to transform lives through Life Coaching, Parenting Education, Teacher Training, and Personal Growth. We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can combine storytelling with AI-powered content creation to build impactful digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, and course content.
Create engaging videos using AI tools and skilled editing software.
Add captions, subtitles, animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
Design motion graphics and thumbnails for social media.
Generate AI voiceovers, AI visuals, and AI B-roll when required.
Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
Organize and manage video assets efficiently.
Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Stay updated with the latest AI video trends and editing techniques.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in video editing.
Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro.




Knowledge of After Effects.
Experience with CapCut Pro.
Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar tools.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media content.
Basic color grading and audio editing skills.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma or certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, or Film is an advantage.
Portfolio of previous editing work is mandatory.

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on skills, portfolio, and experience.)
