About the Role:

His+ is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand the market presence of our health, wellness, and beauty product range. This is a field-based role focused on building solid customer relationships, generating sales, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, pharmacies, salons, clinics, and wellness outlets.
Generate recent business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Promote and demonstrate His+ products to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.




Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements:1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in health, wellness, beauty, FMCG, or personal care products.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
