Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
