Lead Data & Analytics Engineer Digital Analytics

We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Clickstream Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Digital Analytics. This role requires hands-on experience in building analytics datasets from web and mobile application event data and delivering insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.

Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain analytics datasets from web and app event data.
Develop data models for customer funnels, user journey analysis, and behavioral analytics.
Work on marketing attribution and conversion analytics.
Process and analyze large-scale event-level data.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to derive actionable insights

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data & Analytics Engineer with solid expertise in Digital Analytics and Clickstream Analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building analytics datasets from web/mobile event data and be proficient in deriving customer behavior and marketing insights.





Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Digital Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
Robust hands-on experience with Clickstream Analytics and Marketing/Digital Analytics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Looker.
Hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
Experience building datasets for Customer Funnels, User Journey Analysis, Behavioral Analytics, Marketing Attribution, and Conversion Analytics.
Experience handling large-scale event-level data.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Note - Candidates with only BI reporting, dashboard development, generic ETL/Data Engineering, or FinOps Analytics experience will not be considered.
