Job description:
Create architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using software.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and design discussions within the office.
Work with engineers, designers, and project managers on design solutions.
Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations for client approval.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors via office-based communication channels.
Draft cost estimates and manage expense reports for projects.
Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials, and project details.

Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup,lumion or similar design tools.
Solid knowledge of materials, furnishings, and design trends.
Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
2–5 years of office-based interior and exterior design experience preferred.
