Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineers (L0/L1 Support) to provide desktop and IT support in a pharmaceutical setting. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting Windows systems, user administration, network connectivity, and incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L0/L1 desktop and technical support.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
Manage user accounts using Active Directory.
Handle incidents through IT ticketing tools and meet SLA timelines.
Provide remote and onsite end-user support.
Maintain IT assets and coordinate with vendors.




Follow IT security policies and pharmaceutical compliance standards.

Required Skills:
1- 2 years of Technical Support/Desktop Support experience.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, desktop hardware, and basic networking.
Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Preferred:
Exposure to GxP or pharmaceutical settings.
Basic understanding of CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and ITIL is an added advantage.
