Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 2+ Years in Client FacingOperations, or Corporate Sales, or talent acquisition, onboarding, or programcoordination, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

Background: A Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, or HumanResources.

Job Responsibilities:

l Pedagogical Innovation- Introducinginnovative teaching methodologies and strategies to enhance the learningexperience, such as incorporating interactive learning tools, gamification, oradaptive learning technologies.

l Connect and Synergize with Industry Experts- Connect and establish synergies with industry specialists tocollaborate in the form of Masterclasses, Live Projects, Guest Lectures.

l Educational Research and Analysis- Conducting research on educational trends, learning methodologies, andindustry best practices to inform the development of effective pedagogicalstrategies and content.





l Student Engagement and Satisfaction- Monitoring and improving student engagement levels and satisfactionwith the educational content and learning experience through feedbackmechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.

l Host Special Industry Sessions Live Project- Host online/offline special sessions and elevanting the learningexperiences

l Training and Development- Facilitatingthe training and development of educators and instructors, providing them withnecessary industry resources to deliver high-quality teaching.
