KOT Executive / KOT Operator – Job ProfileKey Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders accurately through the POS/KOT system.
Generate KOTs and ensure orders are sent to the correct kitchen section.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Service and Delivery teams for timely order preparation.
Monitor pending, delayed and cancelled orders.
Verify order details, modifications, special instructions and quantities.
Ensure KOTs are punched correctly to avoid wrong orders and food wastage.
Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager/Chef regarding order priority.
Handle dine-in, takeaway and online orders as applicable.
Maintain proper communication between the front and back of house.
Report any system, billing or order-related issues to the Manager.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards and operational procedures.
12 hours shift.

Required Skills:
Basic computer/POS knowledge
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
Accuracy and attention to detail
Basic understanding of restaurant operations
Previous restaurant/KOT/POS experience preferred.
