Role & responsibilities ;
Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and supervise design execution.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Ensure designs meet quality, budget, and project timelines.
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and design presentations.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
35years of experience in residential/commercial projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, and MS Office.
Robust design, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
