Sourcing Manage MRO Sourcing activites (Maintenance/Repair/Overhauling) related to RCPL green field/ brown field projects & copacker spends.
Assist in Supplier panel creation/ RFQ & RFI activities/ Negotiation/ Sourcing activites
To manage the critical OEM realted spares and price managements for beverages and food .
To Manage MRO category independently and to assist day to day operation related sourcing
To manage and moniter the plant procurement team .
Drive rate card finalization & consoldiation for OEM spares/consumables/Trading items.
Drive saving projects for alternate vendor/Material/Specification in MRO category
Assist in procurement strategy - align with overall strategy and be an enabler

Choosing suppliers that best match the companys business goals

Building robust relationships with suppliers
Collaborating with suppliers
Managing/minimizing supply chain risk, project risk
Rationalize the supplier base in order to focus on key relationships and perk from economies of scale
Financial
Manage the Cost of opex sourcing and bring savings against project budget.
Manage supplier selection, development,
and overall supplier management
Assist in negotiation to achieve stated goals and objectives in accordance with the overall business strategy
Manages creation of spend analysis, supplier development, supplier negotiations and contract implementation to meet overall deflation and productivity objectives
People Management
Work with project team,Manufacturing team , copackers and suppliers to drive the sourcing activities .
Work with cross functional teams including engineering, Manufacturing ,supply chain, and suppliers through the full project life cycle.
Preferred candidate profile
In depth knowledge in opex/MRO sourcing activites & Negotiation strategies
In depth knowledge in sourcing of beverage /Food manufacturing Equipments / ETP / WTP / Civil works / PEB/ Automation/ Coveyors/ Electrical items &panels;/ Boilers
Previous experience in MRO sourcing activities for green field/ Brown fields expansions
In depth knowledge in Incoterms/ EXIM process
In depth knowlege in SAP ( procurement moudle)
Previous experience in Sourcing strategy creation / Supplier Rationalization
