Field Marketing Manager

About the Role: EFLA Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to expand our business network and generate new clients. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our courier and logistics services, developing B2B relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current B2B clients and corporate accounts.
Visit businesses, markets, and industrial areas to promote EFLA services.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service.
Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales,



or Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in the Courier, Logistics, Transport, or eCommerce industry is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Benefits
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)
