Key Responsibilities:
Application Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance Windows desktop applications utilizing Visual C++, MFC, and ATL frameworks.
Systems Programming: Leverage the Win32 API for deep system integration, memory management, and process optimization.
Data Processing: Develop and modify specialized tools, such as binary file readers, to ingest, parse, and process complex industry-specific data structures.
Tool Integration: Seamlessly incorporate and maintain various 3rd-party tools and libraries into the existing codebase to extend application functionality.
Setting Management: Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the development environment within Visual Studio 2022 to ensure streamlined builds and deployment.
Code Maintenance & Debugging: Diagnose complex issues, refactor legacy code for contemporary compatibility, and ensure software reliability across Windows operating systems.





Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven skilled experience in software development and systems programming.
Core Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in C/C++, specifically Visual C++ (VC++). Extensive hands-on experience with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) and ATL (Active Template Library).
Operating Systems: Deep understanding of Windows OS architecture and extensive experience with Win32 API.
Development Tools: Advanced proficiency using Visual Studio 2022 for development, debugging, and environment configuration.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex software defects and optimizing legacy systems.
