Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Identification & Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for electronic components and materials.
Establish solid sourcing partnerships with suppliers across Globe .
Conduct regular supplier assessments to ensure capability, quality, and compliance.

Procurement & Negotiation
Manage the complete sourcing cycle: RFQ, quotation analysis, price negotiation, PO release, and delivery follow-up.
Negotiate commercial terms such as pricing, payment terms, lead times, and shipment schedules.
Maintain cost competitiveness while ensuring consistent quality and supply reliability.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and product development teams to align sourcing strategies with technical and business needs.
Ensure timely communication of material updates, availability, and market trends.
Support current product development (NPD) projects through proactive component sourcing.

Logistics & Compliance




Coordinate with logistics partners for import shipments and customs clearance.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and import/export regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, supplier records, and procurement reports.

Market & Cost Analysis
Analyze market trends, component pricing, and supply chain risks.
Monitor supplier performance and develop cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Participate in supplier audits, trade fairs, and occasional international travel for vendor visits.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement of electronic components (PCBs, ICs, connectors, power supplies, etc.).
Location: Gandhinagar (Work from office required).
