Key Responsibilities
Perform quality assurance testing of digital courseware, educational content, and learning platforms.
Review content for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and adherence to project requirements.
Execute test cases and document defects using defect tracking tools.
Validate functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms.
Verify links, media assets, assessments, interactive elements, and learning activities.
Conduct regression testing after issue resolution.
Collaborate with project managers, content teams, and developers to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality metrics and testing documentation.
Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and internal quality standards.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
