Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business prospects in the real estate market.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM software.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates for management.

Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally (preferred).
