Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – ConvyFlow by Codely

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help grow ConvyFlow, our WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging platform for small and medium businesses.

Responsibilities
Visit businesses across Calicut to identify potential customers.
Generate leads through field visits, calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
Qualify prospects and schedule product demos.
Update all activities in Zoho CRM.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Share customer feedback with the product team.

Requirements
1–3 years of field sales or B2B sales experience.
Fluent in Malayalam with working English.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable meeting business owners directly.

Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month.
Attractive incentives and travel allowance.
