Ensure high machine uptime and minimize production losses due to equipment failures.
Establish maintenance schedules for all critical plant machinery and utilities.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Implement TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Kaizen initiatives.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Monitor MTBF and MTTR metrics.
Drive predictive maintenance through vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring techniques
