Roles and Responsibility
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and working efficiently towards common goals.
Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by collaborating with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase quality of life for the development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of current features and products.
Analyze project metrics to identify trends and prospects for improvement.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
Ability to coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
