The Senior Product Manager Genomics is responsible for driving product strategy, portfolio
growth, and promotional excellence across the genomics vertical. The role focuses on
developing and executing high impact marketing solutions for Doctors and IOPs, ensuring
robust brand visibility, market penetration, and sustained business performance.
Detailed Job Scope
Product & Marketing Strategy
Develop zone wise, test wise marketing campaigns based on product performance.
Build and execute product strategy including roadmap, positioning, strategic pricing,
and GTM plans in alignment with the functional head.
Conceptualize, plan, and manage new product launches endtoend.
Brand Visibility & Demand Generation
Design effective B2B and digital campaigns to scale sales and strengthen market
presence.
Create and deploy marketing collaterals, visual aids, gifts, and ensure field
implementation.
Manage creative development and content execution across social media channels
through agencies.
Sales Enablement & Business Development
Support sales teams in CMEs, RTMs, conferences, and other BD initiatives.
Track ROI for all marketing and promotional investments.




Deliver product training to sales teams and channel partners for recent tests and
campaigns.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy
Conduct regular market intelligence for the genomics portfolio.

Identify competitive threats and propose actionable counter strategies.
Portfolio Management & Operations
Manage marketing budgets and expenses for all portfolio related activities.
Oversee timely updates of product PDPs on the website for newly launched tests.
Ensure alignment of product messaging, positioning, and communication across all
channels.
