Role & responsibilities :
Onsite Supervision: Oversee end-to-end structure assembly and installation at rural farm locations
Fabrication & Assembly: Manage structural erection of shade houses, polyhouses, and protective tents.
Civil Works Oversight: Supervise the construction, curing, and verification of agricultural concrete tanks
Material Coordination: Receive, inspect, and manage raw building materials arriving in office
Labor & Vendor Management: Direct local laborers and technicians to ensure on-schedule completion
Quality & Safety Control: Maintain safety standards and ensure all installations meet technical specs

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualification:
ITI (Civil, Mechanical, Fitter, or Welder trades) OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in site supervision,



civil work, or steel/fabric structure fabrication

Skills Needed:
Ability to read straightforward engineering drawings and layouts.
Solid practical understanding of building materials, welding joints, and basic civil work
Excellent team-handling skills to manage on-site laborers.
Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable traveling to various district sites for field execution. Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is highly preferred
