Managing customer interactions with major clients such as Tata Power, BSES, UP DISCOM, Punjab DISCOM, J&K; DISCOM, MP DISCOM*, and other government utilities.
Supervising integration and communication-related activities for smart medium-voltage switchgear such as Auto Reclosers and Load Break Switches (LBS)*.
