Schedule and assign service calls to technicians based on location, urgency, and expertise. Monitor service job progress and ensure timely closure with proper documentation. Maintain and update service records in the ERP system accurately. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. Generate daily and monthly service performance reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company service standards, warranty policies, and O2 Protection plans.
