Role & responsibilities
Conduct daily Surprise Centre Visits (SCVs), covering all Centre Meetings weekly and all Credit Officer centers quarterly.
Perform daily branch closing, verify collections and disbursements, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure effective cash management through CDS and cash deposit reconciliation.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all branch transactions.
Achieve assigned asset and liability business targets.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
