Role & responsibilities

The HR is responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities with a robust focus on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, retention initiatives, and business partnering. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure timely hiring, effective employee engagement, and seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment as per approved manpower plans and hiring budgets.
Monitor recruitment progress, critical position closures, and hiring pipelines.
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth induction of current employees.
Manage apprentice hiring and onboarding based on business requirements.
Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives to reduce early-stage attrition.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback,



and recommend improvement actions.
Execute regular branch visits (physical and virtual) to strengthen HR connect with employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and HR processes.
Promote awareness of HR policies, employee advantages, incentive schemes, and organizational initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, audit readiness, and HR scorecards.
Coordinate with business leaders to address workforce planning and employee relations matters.
Prepare and share HR MIS and reports with management.
