Job Summary

Responsible for leading the Freight Forwarding business, including Air & Sea Freight Import & Export operations, Business Development, Customer Service, Pricing, and overall operation and Business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Air & Sea Import & Export Freight operations.
Develop current business and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer and overseas agent relationships.
Oversee customer service, documentation, and pricing teams.
Negotiate freight rates with airlines, shipping lines, and vendors.
Ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor revenue, GP, profitability, and outstanding collections.
Lead, train, and motivate the Freight Forwarding team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Prepare business plans, budgets, and monthly performance reports.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.

Experience
15+ years of experience in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role handling Air & Sea Freight (Import & Export).
