Working as part of the Delta Capita Internal HR Team, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a robust pipeline for the future. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where you will be attracting talent to DC to directly enable our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging with talent for roles across all business lines, at all levels.

The Role and Responsibilities

Act as a robust DC ambassador; driving a positive candidate experience.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including: Sourcing, Mapping, Screening, Long and shortlisting, Interview coordination; for roles in India including other APAC regions.

Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals and networking.





Approach passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent for DC. Leverage on creative and efficient sourcing methodologies (e.g., social media recruiting, Online research).

Use the ATS to manage candidates and roles effectively and support data-driven decision making on resourcing.

Skills and Experience

You will have:

More than 5 years of experience in Financial Service/Investment Banking/Capital Markets recruitment.

Hands on experience in search tools.

Resilient and comfortable in a quick-paced, changing organisational context.

Collaborative approach /Self starter.

Strong communicator (Written and Verbal).
