Job Description

Orchids The International School is seeking passionate and dedicated Physics and Chemistry Faculty for its OCAP (Orchids Career Acceleration Programme) at the Jodhpur campus.

The role involves teaching Grades 9, 10, and 11, with a focus on strengthening conceptual understanding in line with the CBSE curriculum while preparing students for Olympiads, JEE, and NEET Foundation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom instruction in Physics or Chemistry for Grades 9–11.
Build strong conceptual understanding through interactive and application-based teaching.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.




Evaluate student performance and provide timely academic feedback.
Mentor students and support their academic growth.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills among students.

Desired Candidate Profile
Strong subject expertise in Physics or Chemistry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum and competitive exam foundation (JEE/NEET/Olympiads).
Ability to adopt innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies.

Working Days
Monday to Saturday
2nd and 5th Saturdays are holidays
