Job Description: Sales Officer General Trade (FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
Expand distribution by adding recent GT outlets and improving beat coverage.
Manage distributor operations including stock planning, order taking, claims, and market returns.
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display across retail outlets.
Execute trade promotions, schemes, and new product launches.
Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributor teams.
Track competitor activities such as pricing, `schemes, and new launches.
Submit daily reports, beat performance, and market insights through sales apps or Excel.

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
1 to 10 years of General Trade sales experience in FMCG.
Strong communication, negotiation, and market relationship skills.
Valuable understanding of GT distribution, routing, and merchandising.
Target-driven and comfortable with daily fieldwork.
