Position: Sales Manager Building Materials

Locations: Goa, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh (Candidate should be based in their native location)

Industry: Building Materials

Products: Cement, AAC Blocks, RMC , RMP and related construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory.
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and project customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order execution and collections.

Candidate Profile:
310 years of sales experience in building materials.
Experience in Cement, Tile adhesive , BJM, AAC Blocks, RMC, or related construction products preferred. (Not Mandatory)
Robust dealer/distributor network in the assigned state.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
10–12 LPA + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA/DA) + Other Benefits.
