Role & responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and advanced manufacturing processes in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
Plan, approve, and monitor experimental plans and Design of Experiments (DOEs), ensuring effective execution and timely submission of analysis reports.
Manage and ensure compliance with documentation systems, including PFDs, WIs, SOPs, MQPs, SPC records, RMRs, ISO documents, and related quality records.
Drive cross-functional coordination among Production, Process, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Project, and Utility departments to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Implement and monitor quality standards, structured processes, and internal process controls to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
Lead Current Process Integration (NPI)



initiatives for advanced technologies such as PERC and Bifacial solar cells.
Drive efficiency improvement initiatives in line with the technology roadmap and spearhead process development for emerging technologies, including Selective Emitter, PERC Bifacial, and TOPCon.
Oversee the performance, calibration, and utilization of process lab and metrology tools (4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC, EL Testing), and manage vendor/OEM coordination.
Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance solar cell efficiency, yield, and overall product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Having experience in the solar cell manufacturing industry.
