Job description
Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and the sales team to ensure seamless order processing, stock availability, and timely product deliveries.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports, sales data, and performance dashboards using Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
Monitor inventory levels, track sales orders, and collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock shortages and delivery delays.
Support sales managers in executing trade schemes, promotions, and market activities while ensuring effective communication with distributors.
Handle customer and distributor queries, follow up on payments and outstanding issues, and ensure smooth sales operations across assigned territories.
