Job Description Retail Pharmacist

Position: Retail Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medicines accurately as per the doctor's prescription.
Verify prescriptions for completeness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
Counsel customers on the proper use, dosage, storage, and possible side effects of medicines.
Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) regulations and company SOPs.
Handle billing, inventory management, and documentation related to pharmacy operations.
Coordinate with doctors, healthcare specialists, and store staff to ensure quality customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Assist customers with OTC medicines and healthcare products.




Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice.

Eligibility:
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Valid PCI Registration is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Strong knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
