Required Qualifications and Skills:
? 1?5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector
? Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred; Freshers with?
strong sales aptitude may also be considered
? Robust local market knowledge and established network in the region
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Customer handling and relationship-building abilities
? Result-oriented and self-motivated
? Robust negotiation and influencing sk
