Lead Generation Business Development: Generate recent insurance business through assigned banking partners, identify crossselling opportunities, and expand the business within allocated branches.
Customer Service Operational Excellence:



Ensure seamless presales and postsales support, facilitate policy issuance and medicals, resolve customer queries, and deliver a highquality customer experience.
