Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.
Roles Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues impacting business operations.
Qualified Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in E2Open Global Trade Management.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
