Preparation of Documents in ERP Software (Tally).
Co- Ordinate with Marketing Team for day to day activities and dispatch of materials with all necessary documentation.
Keep a record of inventory of raw materials and cans and raise material purchase requests as and when stock level reaches minimum/trigger level.
Co-ordinate with customers and plan schedules to supply material within the PO validity period.
Supervise workers to maintain cleanliness of factory premises on regular basis.
Coordinate with transportation/logistics team for smooth functioning of supplies in tankers/trucks.
