We are looking for a skilled AI Lead to lead our Automation and AI efforts, with a strong background in developing end-to-end automation roadmaps and identifying use cases for prioritization. The ideal candidate will have experience in process mining task automation vision, AI/GenAI capabilities, and LLMs. This position is based in the Krazy Mantra Group of Companies.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement AI automation strategies to drive business growth.
Create end-to-end automation roadmaps for ITSM, CX, and Ops processes.
Identify and prioritize use cases based on ROI-driven insights.
Design and implement process mining task automation visions using AI/GenAI capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI models and solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and automation.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of AI/Automation Strategy, End-to-End Automation Roadmap,



Use Case Identification Prioritization, Process Mining Task Automation Vision, AI/GenAI Capabilities, LLMs, RAG Architecture, Prompt Engineering, and Agentive AI frameworks.
Experience working with various AI/ML algorithms and deep learning techniques.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
