We are looking for an experienced Property/Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a 100-acre premium residential township comprising approximately 460 villas in Bengaluru.

Role & responsibilities
Oversee overall property and facility management.
Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
Ensure smooth operation of electrical, plumbing, civil, STP, WTP, DG sets, fire safety systems, and other utilities.
Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
Handle resident queries and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor operational budgets and maintenance expenses.
Ensure statutory, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain common areas and amenities in excellent condition.
Manintain and Submit periodic operational and maintenance reports to management.

Preferred Background
Experience in residential townships, luxury villa communities, hospitality, or integrated facility management.
Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen with relevant experience in estate, facility, security, or administrative management.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
