Currently pursuing graduation (college/university student preferred)
Solid communication and networking skills
Active on social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
Confident in approaching and interacting with new people
Basic knowledge of content creation (reels, posts, stories)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven workplace
Connect with students across campus and identify potential leads interested in study abroad, immigration, or coaching services
Generate and share a minimum number of verified student leads regularly
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel as provided
Engage with students through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions
Promote company content through Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Create and share social media content such as reels and stories
Participate in marketing campaigns and engagement activities




Bring interested students for counseling sessions (if required)
Ensure daily reporting and activity updates
