Roles and Responsibilities
Lead complete civil construction activities at Thermal Power Plant projects.
Execute RCC, PCC, excavation, foundations, structural concrete, masonry and finishing works.
Supervise construction of Boiler Foundation, Turbine Foundation, CHP, AHP, Cooling Tower, Switchyard, Pipe Rack, Pump House, ESP Foundation and other industrial structures.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and labour.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
Coordinate with Client, Consultant, QA/QC, Planning, Billing, Stores and Procurement teams.
Monitor daily progress and submit DPR/WPR reports.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
Maintain quality standards as per approved ITP and inspection procedures.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PTW system and PPE requirements.
Coordinate measurement, billing and quantity verification.
Resolve technical and execution issues at site.
Monitor project progress and achieve project milestones.
