About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Bengaluru. This role requires someone who is strong in candidate sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and pipeline management. The position is fully office-based (4 days a week).

Role & responsibilities :
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
Use Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS




Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 5 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
Robust understanding of IT hiring (preferred, if applicable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting
Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week in Bengaluru
