Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM fields. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years full lifecycle product development and engineering leadership in highly available, highly scalable, high throughput systems
Strong experience in Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase
Hands-on expertise in Java and Python
Deep understanding of cloud platforms: GCP (BigQuery, Dataproc, Dataplex, GCS, Composer), AWS
Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks
Proficiency in API design and RESTful services (OpenAPI 3.0)
Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI architectures
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering




Exposure to semantic modeling tools (LookML / Looker) is a plus
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance (GDPR, data localization)
Experience implementing fine-grained access control mechanisms
Proven experience in solution architecture and system design
Strong leadership experience
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Lead the architecture and development of enterprise-scale data platforms using Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-native services (GCP/AWS)
Design and implement data governance, compliance (GDPR), and data risk frameworks
Build and enhance GenAI solutions, including:
RAG / Knowledge-augmented RAG (KRAG)
Agentic AI systems using modern frameworks (e.g., MCP, ADK)
Conversational BI and semantic layers
Architect API-first systems with well-defined OpenAPI specifications
Develop interactive and batch data processing systems using Spark,Presto, and distributed frameworks
