Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth by generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting Career Reform's career counseling and development services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Connect with students, parents, and educational institutions to understand their needs.
Present Career Reform's services and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
13 years of experience in business development, sales, or EdTech.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
