Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Excel trackers for key customer accounts.
Create and process Sales Orders in SAP for assigned customers.
Update and maintain the Order Book for relevant business units / factories.
Manage short shipments, quantity changes, and factory changes in the customer portal / system.
Handle submission of product / pouch details in customer portals as required.
Download Purchase Orders (POs) from customer portals and verify the quantity and value against internal records.
Cross-check PO details with the final internal Excel tracker to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Factory, and Commercial for smooth order execution and timely updates.
Track order-related changes, discrepancies, and pending actions to support timely customer fulfilment.
Maintain documentation and MIS related to customer orders, dispatches, and order status.
