Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Security Expert with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise network and security environments. The candidate should have robust operational experience in Routing & Switching, FortiGate Firewalls, Radware SLB/GSLB, Aruba & HPE Switches, and DR (Disaster Recovery) network operations.

The role is focused on network security operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, DR support, and BAU activities across enterprise and data center infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day network and security operations across enterprise and DR environments.
Provide operational support for:
Routing & Switching
FortiGate Firewalls
Radware SLB/GSLB
Aruba Switches
HPE Switches
Monitor network availability, performance, and security incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network and firewall-related issues.
Handle firewall operational activities including:




Policy management
NAT changes
VPN troubleshooting
HA monitoring
Support and monitor Radware SLB/GSLB settings for traffic management and high availability.
Manage Aruba and HPE switching infrastructure in production and DR sites.
Perform DR activity support, failover validation, and network health checks during DR drills.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution and escalations.
Participate in incident management, RCA preparation, patching, and maintenance activities.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and network inventory records.
Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
Provide 24x7 operational support and participate in on-call rotation when required.
